toc has two mailing lists:
  • toc-devel is the main list where all human-written traffic goes.
  • toc-cvstree gets automated mails from the Subversion/CVS servers.
You can subscribe to either list at: https://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=81312

In theory you do not need to be subscribed to post to toc-devel, but i've never actually tried it.

But be aware that my personal mailbox goes through very rigorous and very unforgiving spam filters, so mails sent to the mailing list is more likely to reach me.
